Consent for control at the Kosovo Credit Registry as per the legal requirements in effect.
I give my consent for ProCredit Bank SH.A to have unrestricted access to the personal and business credit exposure data at the Kosovo Credit Registry for purposes of due diligence for financing and assessing the credibility and credit risk related to the types of financing for which the business and/or myself have taken over a legal obligation to guarantee, either as creditor, co-creditor, or guarantor. Further, I give my consent for the ProCredit Bank SH.A to collect and submit the credit information to the Kosovo Credit Registry. This consent shall be valid while the legal obligations pertaining to credit exposure are outstanding with the ProCredit Bank SH.A, including in cases of restructuring.
