ProCredit Bank has signed a collaboration agreement with the Kosovo Credit Guarantee Fund (KCGF) to guarantee loans under the Diaspora Window. Its goal is to support businesses founded by our compatriots who live and working abroad.

In all three cases, the diaspora investor must own at least 30% of the enterprise. The investor should support the idea of the new business/enterprise with a business plan.
Compliance with the legal requirements and regulations:
Applicants must comply with all laws, regulations, and respective instructions governing investment and business activities in Kosovo. Additionally, applicants will undergo a due diligence process related to money laundering and terrorism financing, conducted by a registered financial institution. Applicants must not be subject to any judicial process or be listed on any international sanction list.
