As already reported in previous notices regarding changes in our pricing structure and the application of fees for banking services, including a number of services needed to operate your accounts and which enable you to use ProCredit Bank's direct banking services, we would like to remind you that the new prices will apply from August 2017.
In addition to the professional services provided by our Client Advisers and many other benefits available to you through direct banking, such as 24/7 Zones and around-the-clock e-Banking, the banking service fee also includes:
* Until now, clients have paid for each of these services individually. Starting from August 2017, all of these services will be included in a single monthly fee. Private individuals will pay EUR/USD 2.00 (two) and business clients will pay EUR/USD/CHF 5.00 (five), depending on the account currency.
ProCredit Bank clients are encouraged to take advantage of the full range of Direct Banking services, which will enable them to operate their bank accounts 24/7.

No, it is an across-the-board fee and covers all services. We therefore strongly encourage you to take advantage of the full set of banking services, enabling you to conduct your banking independently around the clock, no longer limited by the bank's official opening times.
When a service expires (e-Banking, Card, Code) you will not be charged for applying for the service to be renewed; however, if the service is valid but for whatever reason you no longer have that service, then you have to pay for the new service according to the applicable Price List.
Withdrawals and deposits from/to your current account (in most locations), account balance check, application for an I-PIN, resetting your PIN, report of your last 10 transactions. All these services are provided 24/7. How can I access my Savings Account?Savings Account services are only available through the e-Banking platform, you can transfer funds between your Savings Account and your Current Account free of charge.
You must open a Current Account, which will provide you with all of the services you need to have 24/7 access to a child's account for which you have the appropriate authorisation; there are no additional charges.
Since 1 June 2017, we no longer offer new credit cards; however, your current Debit Card will have the same problem-free payment functions as your credit card, including most online payments.
If you had a higher spending limit on your credit card and if you would like to continue taking advantage of this service, the limit can be converted into Flex Funds (Current Account overdraft) in accordance with our lending policy for private clients.
