FlexSave accounts management announcement

In the context of providing modern banking services tailored to the needs of our clients, we would like to inform you of the following changes:

Management of FlexSave Account
ProCredit Bank SH.A. notifies you that as of 01 May 2018, you may manage your FlexSave account only through your current account, by using the e-Banking service or visiting one of our branches. This change aims at promoting the savings culture; thus, the FlexSave account is used only for savings purposes and the current account for carrying out all the other transactions. Therefore, withdraways, deposits or transfers to and from your FlexSave account must be performed firstly through the savings account by using e-Banking service or services provided by our branches. This means that you will no longer be able to directly deposit/withdraw money on an ATM or carry out transfers to/from your FlexSave account.
Moreover, the interest on FlexSave account will be regularly credited/paid into your current account at the end of each month.

Management of FlexSave Account for Children
The changes mentioned above are applicable for FlexSave accounts for Children, too. All incoming and outgoing transactions into and from FlexSave account for Children will have to be performed through their parent/guardian’s current account, by using the e-Banking service or services provided at our branches. Therefore, for the savings accounts that have more than one authorized person, both of them have to visit our offices. Moreover, the interest on FlexSave account will be credited/paid on regular monthly basis into your current account at the end of each month.

All conditions mentioned above are part of the amended General Terms and Conditions for Clients, applicable as of 01 May 2018. If you do not agree to the changes mentioned above, you must inform the Bank no later than 1 month of the date upon which you receive this notification.
