Loans for Investments in Energy Efficiency Measures

Get a Loan at ProCredit to Invest on Energy Efficiency Measures such as:

• Insulation of external walls
• Roof insulation
• Replacement of external windows and doors

Benefit from preferential terms for loans and support to apply for subsidies with the Kosovo Energy Efficiency Fund (KEEF).

To implement Energy Efficiency measures, KEEF will provide subsidies up to 50% of the investment cost, at a limit of 5,500 €.

The instructions for the application stages for subsidies for efficiency measures for individual homes:

• Carefully read the public call from here!
• Verify through e-Kosova platform whether the consumption at your household is 250kWh per month in 21 out of 24 recent months.
• Contact one of the Energy Auditors from the published list. The auditor shall provide you with the report that is required for further application.
• Proceed with filling the application in the e-Kosova platform, after you confirm that you meet the conditions and have the energy audit report.
