ProCredit launches an electronic platform to manage the status of your cards

ProCredit Bank is pleased to announce that effective immediately, private clients will be able to manage their card status 24/7, i.e. blocking (temporary) and unblocking of cards via an interactive electronic voice response system.

 

The temporary blocking/unblocking of cards is only possible for cards issued to private clients (including pensioners) such as Mastercard debit, Visa Electron, Trust Pensioners’ card, Mastercard and Visa Classic.

 

To use this service, call our Contact Centre and follow the automated instructions in order to verify your identity and select the card you wish to block/unblock.
